Fly the Flag 2022
Join Fly The Flag and young people across the UK on 10 December to celebrate and protect our universal human rights. Today and every day.
Fly The Flag is a unique collaboration between arts organisations and human rights charities that celebrates and reminds us of the human rights we all share.
This year Fly The Flag focuses on Article 20 of the UDHR, the right to protest. Article 20: Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
Fly The Flag 2022 invited young people across the four nations of the UK to respond to Article 20 working with leading theatre artist and Fuel board member, director Jenny Sealey OBE, and artistic associates in each nation. A film has been created that documents the engagement process and the reactions of young people to the right to protest, which will be released on 10 December 2022 on Fuel Digital.
